Alabama man killed when his car collides with truck, state troopers say

An Alabama man was killed Friday when his car collided with a truck, state troopers said.

The two-vehicle crash occurred at approximately 12:50 p.m. Friday, and claimed the life of a Dadeville, Alabama, man.

Trevarian T. Goodman, 25, was fatally injured when the 2011 Honda Accord he was driving collided head-on with the 2023 Ford F-350 pickup driven by James W. Davis, 37, of Auburn.

Goodman was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash, Alabama state troopers said, and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The crash occurred on Alabama 49 near the 1 mile marker, approximately 5 miles south of Franklin, in Macon County.
