Bob Dylan fans who want to relive his 1974 concert tour with The Band will soon have opportunity to do that — ample opportunity. He is releasing a staggering 27-disc box set that includes full recordings of 27 of the 40 shows of that tour, Dylan’s theatrical return to the stage with backing of the group with whom he made some of his most memorable music. Columbia Records/Legacy Recordings announced Tuesday that the set will be released on Sept. 20 and will retail for $129.98.
Realtor disagrees about disclosure laws
Q: I am a Realtor in a major Midwestern city and am constantly amazed when your column wanders into arenas not within the scope of your expertise, without any disclaimers to limit your liability. For example, are you not aware that real estate laws are regulated by individual states? Yet you consistently answer questions about what sellers are required to disclose and what agents are required to disclose as though the requirements apply uniformly in every state. Are you an attorney? If not, you should withhold such opinions. In my state, you’re wrong about 50% of the time. If I were you, I'd make sure my liability insurance was paid in full.
Golfers with Illinois ties struggling to qualify for FedEx Cup
Last week’s John Deere Classic was the 30th event of the 2024 PGA Tour season, and only six tournaments remain before the season-ending FedEx Cup Playoffs.
