Unfortunately, none of Pennsylvania's public, private, charter, and magnet high schools earned A+ from Niche or were ranked in the top 50 best schools.

The state does have one of the most diverse high schools with Central Dauphin East Senior High School coming in at number five on the list.

Three of the largest high schools in America are also in PA:

Niche says the latest rankings are based on "rigorous analysis of key statistics and millions of reviews from students and parents using data from the U.S. Department of Education." Factors include teacher quality, high school ratings, college readiness, state test scores, and graduation rates (click here for more on methodology).

This year's rankings do not consider SAT/ACT scores "to reflect a general de-emphasis on test scores in the college admissions process.

The top high school in the country is North Carolina School of Science and Math.
