Terence Kenneth Henderson, 26, a Middletown, Delaware native most recently of Oxford, was seen by officers forcefully restraining a woman inside a parked vehicle in the 200 block of North Fourth Street at 8:27 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 1, police said. Newsbreak needs to fix it's AI and fix the stories going to the wrong state. There's an Oxford in CT, MD and PA. There's also a Middletown in CT, DE, NJ, and NY. But area code 610 is in PA. CT would be 860 for Middletown or 203 for Oxford.
