Multi-Vehicle Crash Ties Up Traffic On I-66 During Afternoon Commute In Arlington

Some lanes were blocked in Arlington during Thursday's afternoon commute as police investigated a multi-vehicle crash on I-66.

Crews were working to clear the scene of the crash as of 6 p.m. on Oct. 10 in the westbound lanes of the interstate that led to lane closures and temporary delays for some motorists traveling through the area.

The crash was reported at mile marker 68 in Arlington County.

As of 6:15 p.m., the left lane remained closed as the investigation continued.
