Statewide Alert Issued For Missing NY Man

A statewide alert has been issued for a New York man who's gone missing.

Edmund Zielinski, age 55, is 6-foot-4, 220 pounds with gray/dirty blond hair, according to New York State Police, who note that he has a scar on his throat from vertebrae surgery.

He was last seen in the Genesee County town of Pembroke area but frequents other parts of the state, said police.

Police did not say how long he's been missing.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call state police at 716-941-9300.
