If this tattoo shop is so popular and people drive from all over to come, there . . . they will be able to find it no matter where it moves to, in my opinion. Nobody is squashing your business. If you've been in business and in that space for 24 years and had no intention to leave, you should have bought the building yourself instead of being mad that the owner wants to make more money with the space than the rent they collect from you. If you wanted that spot, you should have invested in yourself and bought that spot for your future.
