Suspect in Ozark murder cold case, attorneys fighting for bond despite judge’s ruling
DALE COUNTY, Ala (WDHN) — A Brundidge man charged in a seven-year cold case is fighting a judge’s order denying his bond, claiming he is not a risk to the community. Jarrette Rodgers was arrested on Wednesday, June 19, and charged with the 2018 murder of Cornelius Crittenden.
