Mexican Restaurant El Molino Coming to Snider Plaza This Fall

El Molino Mexican Restaurant will open at 6818 Snider Plaza in Dallas sometime this fall according to Dallas News . It will join the other shops and restaurants in Snider Plaza near Southern Methodist University.

The concept is from Vandelay Hospitality, the group behind Hudson House , Drake’s Hollywood , DL Mack’s , Brentwood , Anchor Sushibar , Jack & Harry’s, Slider and Blues , Bar Sardine , East Hampton Sandwich Co. and more.

VHG has operated for over 10 years with the goal of inspiring “the dream of a better life through quality, authenticity and timeless style.” The company is involved in the details, design, menu, and even music that goes into each concept.
