Fresh Mex Continues to Spread Across Texas Courtesy of Chipotle

Chipotle is opening another location at 11940 US Hwy 380 by the end of this year or early next according to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the new construction will likely complete in December of this year.

Chipotle’s menu primarily features burritos, bowls, tacos, and salads, which can be customized with a variety of ingredients. Customers can choose from proteins such as chicken, steak, barbacoa, carnitas, and sofritas (a tofu-based option).

The menu also includes a range of toppings like rice, beans, salsas, guacamole, and lettuce. In addition to main dishes, Chipotle offers sides like chips and queso or guacamole. The restaurant emphasizes fresh, responsibly sourced ingredients and allows for extensive customization to suit individual dietary preferences.
