More Fresh-Mex Coming to Little Elm Courtesy of Chipotle

Chipotle is adding yet another location at 2221 FM 423 in Little Elm later this year, according to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Chipotle offers a menu focused on customizable Mexican-inspired dishes, allowing customers to create their meals from a selection of fresh ingredients. The core menu items include burritos, bowls, tacos, and salads, with choices of proteins such as grilled chicken, steak, barbacoa, carnitas, and sofritas (a vegan option).

Customers can personalize their orders with a variety of toppings, including rice, beans, salsas, guacamole, cheese, and lettuce, emphasizing the brand’s “Food with Integrity” philosophy that prioritizes responsibly sourced ingredients. Chipotle also offers special items like the Quesadilla and the limited-edition “Lifestyle Bowls,” which cater to specific dietary preferences such as keto, paleo, and Whole30.
