Dallas to Soon Find Another Fresh-Mex Location

Chipotle is opening another location at 3921 Gaston Avenue in Dallas later this year, according to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is renowned for its customizable menu, allowing customers to craft their own burritos, bowls, tacos, and salads using fresh ingredients. The menu features a variety of proteins including grilled chicken, steak, barbacoa, carnitas, sofritas (a spicy tofu option), and a new plant-based chorizo, catering to diverse dietary preferences.

Toppings include a range of options such as cilantro-lime rice, black or pinto beans, fajita veggies, salsas, guacamole, and a variety of cheese and lettuce, offering a tailored meal experience. Chipotle emphasizes sustainability and quality, sourcing ingredients like responsibly raised meats and organic produce whenever possible.

The quesadilla option, a newer addition to the menu, offers a warm, cheesy twist to the traditional fare, accompanied by three sides of the customer’s choice.
