De Fortune Will Soon Craft Mixology Magic in Regent Square

Opening in late 2025 at Regent Square, 3515 W Dallas, De Fortune will bring a cocktail lounge focused on on enhancing the city’s nightlife with good conversation, artistic drinks, and an upscale, intimate setting. The spot will focus on drinks, but a limited snack menu will be available.

“We wanted to create something unique, upscale and elegant on a level not seen in Houston nightlife,” said one of the founders, Mayur Desai, in a recent release The entrepreneur grew up in the hospitality industry and joins co-founders Atik Mistry, Kinjal Desai and Emish Patel to bring De Fortune to life.

According to the release, the crew are avid cocktail connoisseurs, putting their collective international bar savvy to work in planning De Fortune. They have tapped Unfiltered Hospitality , the renowned Miami-based beverage consultancy, to design a beverage menu with international appeal.

Houston’s own Gin Design Group will create the posh, moody interiors for the double-height, 1,614-square-foot space. A website and social media are not yet available.
