St. George officials highlight role of RAP tax in rejuvenation of aging community park
Royal Oaks Park in St. George was alive with park-goers Wednesday evening. Children enjoyed new playground equipment while their parents watched from under the shade provided by large trees and shade structures. Nearby, at the park’s refurbished and repainted pavilion, people lined up for free hot dogs served by the city’s parks and community services staff.
