SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - The Sevierville Police Department said a motorcycle crash shut down Dolly Parton Parkway in Sevierville Wednesday evening. SPD said the crash happened around 7:30 p.m. when James Gibson, 23, was driving a motorcycle down Dolly Parton Parkway.
