Fright Nights to begin casting for 2024 haunt

DANIELS, WV (WVNS) — Fright Nights at the Resort at Glade Springs will begin casting for the 2024 haunt in a matter of weeks.

The haunt has multiple areas ranging from a haunted corn maze to Camp Kilamee to spook visitors who dare to enter.

Desiree Christian, Scare Coach for Fright Nights, said they have positions open for just about anyone.

“You can volunteer as early as 15, we do have paid positions for 18 and older. It can be a physically demanding job, where you’re jumping and running and scaring people so being able to physically do that,” said Christian. “We have stairs in our haunt, low terrain, high terrain, so you have to be physically able to last the whole night because we scare for a long time, but it’s extremely fun!”

Christian encouraged everyone who is interested to sign up for an audition.

The first round of auditions will be Thursday, August 1st at 4 P.M., and the second round will be Sunday, August 4th at 2 P.M.

Auditions will be held at Fright Nights at The Farms at the Resort at Glade Springs.
