( KRON ) — Thousands of PG&E customers are without power in the East Bay due to heat-related outages, according to PG&E’s outage map.

One outage is affecting 3,761 customers in Danville along Camino Tassajara. That outage began at 3:23 p.m.

At 5:20 p.m., 1,532 customers in Alamo lost power. The outage is affecting homes in the area of Danville Boulevard.

Another outage, affecting 2,042 customers in the area of Blackhawk, began at 5:50 p.m., mostly involving people just east of Blackhawk Road.

In Pleasant Hill, another outage affected 990 customers. That outage began at 4:12 and is believed to be because of an equipment issue, according to PG&E. Power in Pleasant Hill was later restored.

PG&E believes all of the other outages were weather-related, though there is not an official diagnosis. There is no estimated time of restoration for any of the outages.

The outages come three days after more than 15,000 customers lost power in the East Bay. Most of the affected customers were in the San Ramon area.
