Suspect found with 29 grams of cocaine and 8 grams of fentanyl

DANVILLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – State Police charge suspect who had 29 grams of crack cocaine and 8 grams of fentanyl.

On Thursday, July 18, 2024, Trooper A. R. Workman of the West Virginia State Police Madison Detachment responded to a 911 call reporting a disturbance at the Boone Motor Lodge in Danville, WV .

Upon arrival, Trooper Workman encountered the suspect, 36-year-old Jamie Osborne. During the investigation, Trooper Workman discovered approximately 29 grams of crack cocaine, around 8 grams of fentanyl, and approximately $1,000.00 in cash.

Osborne was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine and possession with intent to distribute fentanyl .

He is currently held at the Southwestern Regional Jail in Holden, West Virginia.
