Middleton Library Receives $10,000 Donation
The Middleton Library was thrilled to announce the Friends of the Middleton Community Library received another generous $10,000 donation from an anonymous local donor through the American Endowment Foundation. In June 2023, the Library also received a generous donation. This gift will be used to benefit the Middleton Community Library. UT Martin preseason favorites to win the Big South-OVC
UT Martin has been voted the favorite in the Big South-OVC Football Association preseason football poll for the 2024 campaign by the league’s head coaches. The Skyhawks, the Big South-OVC co-champions a year ago, received five of the nine first-place votes and 61 points to claim the top spot. Overall UT Martin has won or shared three-straight Conference championships, coming a 15-2 league record over the past three seasons. Eastern Illinois, who finished last year ranked No. 24 in the FCS Coaches Poll, picked up two first-place votes and 53 points to be picked second, while Southeast Missouri earned the other two first-place votes and 51 points in being tabbed third.
