Wrong-way driver cited after several close calls on 35W
BLAINE, Minn. — A driver was cited Thursday after going the wrong way down 35W in Blaine, nearly missing dozens of vehicles. And if you aren't competing you can still enjoy the convention full of vendors, lessons and entertainment.
