COLVILLE, Wash. - The Stevens County Sheriff’s Office conducted a search of a homeless camp in Colville, resulting in the arrest of two suspects. According to Stevens County deputies, on July 17, the Stevens County Proactive Narcotics Enforcement Unit (PANE) executed an approved search warrant in Colville. This warrant was the culmination of a multi-month investigation into illegal narcotics dealing. The search led to the arrest of Robert Pemberton and Carrie Pemberton.
