Buy a Lot of Chicken Over The Past 15 Years? You May be Entitled to a Cash Settlement

If there is one thing that anyone could use, it's a little bit of their hard earned cash back in their own pocket. It's not often that you actually get a chance to make that happen, so when it does come around you have to capitalize! This is one of those rare chances where you may be owed some money if you've purchased raw chicken over the past 15 years.

The money in question is part of an $181 million dollar class action settlement that alleges that major chicken processors conspired together to restrict the supply of chicken, thereby fixing and raising prices of chicken products in violation of Federal and state antitrust laws. It's important to note that despite the settlement, defendants have denied all wrongdoing and have not admitted any liability.

You may be entitled to a settlement if you purchased raw chicken products from one of the defendants including but not limited to Tyson Foods or Sanderson farms. No receipt is required to file a claim. Products included are fresh or frozen raw chicken including whole birds, whole cut up birds, breast cuts or tenderloins. The purchases must have been made between January 1st 2009 and December 31st 2020 in one of the following states:
