El Patio Fresh Mexican Grill in Davis Plans Major Remodel

El Patio Fresh Mexican Grill , a popular Mexican restaurant in Davis at 200 E Street , is undergoing some interior remodeling. The restaurant will be offering togo only daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., according to a Facebook update . This news was first seen on Davis Enterprise .

El Patio’s remodeling will affect its main dining area, which will be given a full revamp with the addition of a brand new bar. According to its website, the restaurant has two locations, one in Davis and another in Woodland, CA . Based on a rendering shared in the Davis Enterprise coverage, the new space will have dark walls, bright red seats, neon elements, and hanging plants from the ceiling. The City of Davis database shows building permits issued on March 19 and April 24 of this year.

“We are doing a cosmetic remodel to improve the appearance, and for our customers’ satisfaction,” owner Gabriel Ochoa told Davis Enterprise. What Now Sacramento reached out to Ocha over the phone and email for more details, but hadn’t heardback by the time of this coverage.
