Just days after the Fourth of July, Fayette County American Legion flags torn down, desecrated
UNIONTOWN, Pa. (KDKA) - Just days after Independence Day, more than three dozen American flags were torn down and desecrated in Fayette County. The American Legion Post 51 in Uniontown said that they're searching for those responsible for tearing down the flags that line Fayette Street to Morgantown Street. Along with having the flags torn down, the American Legion Post 51 said that the poles the flags hung from were also bent. They are asking anyone with a business in the area to check their security footage and contact Uniontown Police with any information.

WVU Football projected depth chart for 2024
Taking a stab at what the WVU Football depth chart might look like in 2024. Big12 Media Days are coming up this week. That means there is a chance at an official WVU Football depth chart being released in the next day or two. It's possible. And "official" might be a bit strong. For years, there were stacks of official team guides that stacked up on tables at these Big 12 Media Days and, in WVU's, was a depth chart. That changed last year. Head Coach Neal Brown elected to not put out a depth chart. At all. Instead, we took a stab at one each and every week leading up to the season, and it ended up being exactly correct.

2026 DB Zahir Cobb wants to see West Virginia
Washington (D.C) St. Albans 2026 defensive back Zahir Cobb has already started to pile up some impressive scholarship offers including one from West Virginia. Cobb, 6-foot-2, 175-pounds, had been talking to the Mountaineers coaching staff for a while but was excited to find out that the Mountaineers had formally jumped into the mix with a scholarship offer. It was graduate assistant Jevaughn Codlin who gave him the news.
