Canton residents say refuse service is garbage; Priority Waste vows to do better
CANTON TWP. — Residents can expect trash, recyclables and yard waste to be picked up on time, every week, starting Monday, July 29. That was the promise from Priority Waste representatives who appeared Tuesday, July 23, at the Canton Township Board of Trustees meeting to explain weeks of missed pickups and poor communication while also assuring the township would see better service going forward.

The Lions picked up a defensive lineman on Thursday. The NFL’s daily transaction report shows that they have signed defensive tackle David Bada to their 90-man roster. No corresponding move was needed to get Bada on the roster because the Lions got an exemption for him as an international player.
