DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — High pressure overhead will bring a pleasant and comfortable Saturday night as drier, less humid air continues to settle into the Miami Valley. As the high moves to our east Sunday, winds will become west/southwesterly bumping up temperatures in to the upper 80s before we get to our hottest day on Monday when we’ll likely hit the 90° mark.

TONIGHT: Mostly clear and comfortable. Low 64

SUNDAY: Mostly sunny and a little warmer. High 87

SUNDAY NIGHT: Clear and seasonably cool. Low 67

MONDAY: Mostly sunny, hot and humid. High 90

Our next weathermaker will start to impact the Miami Valley on Tuesday when a few showers and thunderstorms pop-up in the afternoon. This trough of low pressure will combine with the remnants of tropical system Beryl–lots of Gulf moisture–and lead to widespread rain for late Tuesday night, Wednesday and into at least part of Thursday.
