Dayton City School is launching a Brick Campaign to raise funds for its new cafetorium, allowing local businesses to purchase inscribed bricks.

“Businesses play a crucial role in shaping the fabric of our community, and we invite local businesses to join us in this meaningful initiative,” Dayton City School Superintendent Trish Newsom said.

For a donation of $400, businesses can have their name and logo engraved on an 8-inch-by-8-inch brick paver that will become a permanent part of the newly renovated DCS Cafetorium walkway.

School officials said businesses will gain visibility while demonstrating their commitment to local education.

By participating in the DCS Brick Campaign, school officials said businesses will:

    ● Gain exposure: Your logo will be prominently displayed on a brick paver leading into the DCS Cafetorium, ensuring visibility among students, parents, community members and visitors.

    ● Demonstrate corporate responsibility: Show your customers and stakeholders that your business is committed to giving back and investing in the community where you operate.

    ● Leave a lasting legacy: Your engraved brick will stand as a testament to your business’s dedication to the City of Dayton and Dayton City School for years to come.

“We understand that businesses receive many requests for support, but the DCS Brick Campaign offers a unique opportunity for a mutually beneficial partnership,” Newsom said. “Your contribution will provide valuable support for our school and showcase your commitment to our community.”
