    Dayton library prepping for summer reading program

    DAYTON — Next week, officials with Dayton’s Clyde W. Roddy recently announced, that the library will be preparing for its annual Summer Reading Program.

    “Tuesday through Friday the staff will be preparing for Adventure Begins at Your Library Summer Reading Program,” library officials said. “The Summer Reading Program is for all ages. There will be programs such as bingo, crafts, book clubs, animal shows, Munch A Lunch, trivia night, an ice cream social, a local storyteller and so much more!”

    Registration day for the Summer Reading Program is Monday, June 3.

    The library will be closed on Monday, May 27, in observance of Memorial Day.
