    SETHRA to distribute commodities June 6

    DAYTON — The Southeast Tennessee Human Resources Agency (SETHRA) will be distributing USDA commodities to eligible Rhea County residents on June 6 from 1 to 4 p.m. at 3813 Rhea County Highway, Dayton, TN, 37321.

    If you have already signed up for commodities and have been issued a card since Oct. 1, 2023, you will not need to bring anything to participate.

    If you have not already signed up, you will need to visit your local SETHRA office prior to or any day after distribution. There will not be the option to sign up on distribution day. Eligibility will be based on total household income not in excess of the state-established maximum percentage of the poverty line for the appropriate household size.

    In accordance with federal law and USDA policy, SETHRA is prohibited from discriminating based on race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability.
