Celebrity Chef Paul Wahlberg Brings Wahlburgers to Steele County Fair

The Steele County Fair is set to welcome a special guest this year as celebrity chef Paul Wahlberg brings his famous Wahlburgers food truck to the event.

Star-Studded Appearance

Paul Wahlberg, brother of Hollywood actors Mark and Donnie Wahlberg, will make a personal appearance at the fair on Wednesday. Fans will have the opportunity to meet the chef, get autographs, and take photos between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.

"Hear him talk about the importance of food and family," the fair's Facebook post announces, encouraging attendees to "capture memories with Paul by taking a photo with the celebrity chef and grabbing an autograph."

Wahlburgers: A Family Business

Founded in Boston in 2014 by the Wahlberg brothers, Wahlburgers has seen rapid expansion across the United States and internationally.

The chain now boasts locations in 23 states, as well as Canada, New Zealand, and Australia.

Minnesota Connection

Wahlburgers has a significant presence in Minnesota, with 15 locations across the state.

This includes a restaurant at the Mall of America and 14 locations within Hy-Vee stores, following a partnership established in 2018.

Fair Menu Highlights

The Wahlburgers food truck, located north of the Grandstand, will offer fairgoers a taste of their signature dishes. The menu includes:

- "Our Burger": A beef patty topped with government cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and Paul's signature Wahl Sauce

- Double "Our Burger" for heartier appetites

- Tater tots

- Pepsi products

In addition to the food offerings, visitors will have the opportunity to purchase exclusive Wahlburgers merchandise.

The Steele County Fair runs from August 13th, with Paul Wahlberg's appearance scheduled for Wednesday, August 18th. This unique event promises to bring a touch of celebrity flair to the local fair, combining star power with classic American fare.
