    Teen shot, killed in Prince George’s County, police investigating

    PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. ( DC News Now ) — The Prince George’s County Police Department (PGPD) said officers are investigating after a teenage boy was shot and killed in the county Saturday night.

    Police said that at around 7:30 p.m., officers responded to the 1900 block of Lebanon Street for the report of a shooting. When they arrived, they located a crime scene but no victim.

    A short time later, officers were advised that a teenager was taken to a local hospital, where he died.

    The department said that investigators are working to determine the circumstances of the shooting but that anyone with information should call Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-TIPS or submit a tip using the P3 Tips app.
