    Several pets injured, person displaced after house fire in Chillum

    PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. ( DC News Now ) — The Prince George’s County Police Department (PGPD) said several pets were injured and one person was displaced after a house fire in Chillum on Sunday afternoon.

    Crews said that at about 6:10 p.m., they were dispatched to the 6600 block Karlson Ct for a 2-story home with fire in basement.

    First responders said the fire is out.

    Crews said several pets were treated at the scene and returned to their owner.
