Popcorn, candy, clowns! Hideaway Circus’ new outdoor show coming to Fairfax

FAIRFAX, Va. ( DC News Now ) — The Hideaway Circus is bringing its new outdoor show to the City of Fairfax.

On Aug. 24, Van Dyck Park will transform to host the circus’s new “Canvas Sky” show. The presentation will come to life under a large canopy under the night stars.

“Canvas Sky” shares the story of a circus troupe where a clown struggles to find his voice until a friend shows him how to embrace what makes him unique.

The award-winning Hideaway Circus team is known for its perfect mix of circus nostalgia. The show is a sensory experience and features acrobatics and an array of 10 world-class performers.

While blending the classical circus with a contemporary storyline, attendees can expect a night of thrills and a family-fun experience.
