Man shot in Montgomery County, police say

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. ( DC News Now ) — The Montgomery County Department of Police (MCPD) said a man was shot in Montgomery County overnight on Wednesday.

MCPD said officers responded to the 10600 block of Sawdust Circle at around 3:30 a.m. for a report of a man shot.

When officers arrived, they found the man shot, and responders transported him to a local hospital. He was alert and conscious.

As of Wednesday afternoon, there was no suspect in custody.
