Police saw Carr holding an AR-style pistol while on the passenger side of a window during one of the street exhibitions.

An investigation was started, and it was discovered that Carr, who is not of legal age, was not allowed to have guns.

Carr was charged with handgun on person, handgun in vehicle, possession of a firearm by a minor and regulated firearm: illegal possession.

Police then served two search and seizure warrants at two homes in Rockville and District Heights and discovered eight handguns and six long guns.

Carr was found at the District Heights home and arrested.

Police said an additional gun was found on Carr at the time of his arrest.
