The glass recycling program is designed to help residents decrease the amount of glass that gets disposed of as waste.

Glass bottles and jars can be dropped off in large purple bins that have the “Glass Recycling” label on them.

Residents are asked to follow these guidelines:

    • Only glass bottles and jars are accepted.
    • The glass bottles and jars must be emptied and rinsed out.
    • No lids, caps or corks.
    • Deposit bottles and jars loosely in the recycling containers provided, not in bags.
