Police investigating man who exposed himself twice at Tysons stores

FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. ( DC News Now ) — Fairfax County police said a man was charged with sexual battery that happened inside a department store.

On Sept. 3. officers from the Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD) responded to a store in the 1500 block of Cornerside Blvd. in Tysons.

There, officers found out that a man had been in the store exposing himself and trying to inappropriately touch customers.

He was identified as 22-year-old Kendall Miller, of McLean. He was taken into custody.

Police also found out that Miller was allegedly involved in another incident at Tysons back in May where he was exposing himself to customers.

FCPD said that Miller was following around a shopper on May 25 at around 2 p.m. and then exposed himself to her before fleeing the store, prior to police arriving.

Miller has been charged with one count of sexual battery for the May 25 incident. He was released on an unsecured bond.

FCPD is still investigating the Sept. 3 incident and said additional charges are pending.
