    Virginia woman sentenced to over 5 years in prison for drug trafficking in West Virginia

    MARTINSBURG, W.Va. ( DC News Now ) — A Virginia woman was sentenced to five and a half years in prison Monday for drug trafficking in three West Virginia counties.

    The U.S. Attorney’s Office (USAO) for the Northern District of West Virginia said that 28-year-old Hailey Lynn Oliff of Mount Jackson, Va., was part of an organization selling drugs in Berkeley, Hampshire and Morgan counties.

    The USAO said that Oliff was a distributor for the organization. According to court documents and statements during the trial, she sold methamphetamine, fentanyl, cocaine hydrochloride and cocaine base.

    After her prison sentence, Oliff must complete three years of supervised release.
