Fairfax City Restaurant Week extended for extra week

FAIRFAX CITY, Va. ( DC News Now ) — Foodies rejoice — Fairfax City Restaurant Week has been extended!

The city’s Restaurant Week has been extended until Sunday, Sept. 15 with 20 eateries and options to choose from.

“Due to the popularity of this past week’s restaurant week, the organizers decided to extend the event,” a news release sent to DC News Now stated. “[It] allows even more diners an opportunity to experience flavors from Azerbaijan, Italy, Ireland, Peru and more. From pizza, Caribbean, and Asian to Italian and steaks and lobster—there is something for everyone.”

Restaurants will continue to offer their fixed menu and set prices.
