    DC police investigating shooting that left man injured near Benning Road Metro Station

    WASHINGTON ( DC News Now ) — D.C. police are investigating a shooting in Southeast that happened near the Benning Road Metro Station.

    The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) said a man was shot in the 4500 block of Benning Road Tuesday night.

    Man wanted for sex act with cucumber in Northwest DC

    The man was taken to the hospital for treatment but he was not conscious or breathing, according to MPD.

    A Homicide Unit was called to the scene to investigate.
