    Man shot in Southeast DC, police investigating

    WASHINGTON ( DC News Now ) — The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) is investigating after a man was shot in Southeast D.C. on Tuesday morning.

    According to MPD, at around 10:05 a.m., a call came in for a shooting in the 3700 block of Alabama Ave.

    Protest turns violent after body cam of DC police officers fatally shooting Justin Robinson was released

    Once on the scene, officers found a man unconscious and not breathing.

    The investigation is ongoing.
