PHOTOS: Car crashes into building in Northwest DC

WASHINGTON ( DC News Now ) — DC Fire and EMS said a car drove into a building in Northwest Wednesday.

The crash happened on 18th and M streets on Wednesday afternoon.

DC Fire and EMS said there were no serious injuries. Crews evaluated one person but they denied further treatment.

Firefighters set up a safety zone so they can check for any structural issues. The damage that the car caused was only cosmetic and there are no structural integrity issues.
