Man injured following shooting in Germantown, MCPD investigating

GERMANTOWN, Md. ( DC News Now ) — Police in Montgomery County are investigating after a man was shot in Germantown late Thursday night.

Details remain limited; however, in a post on X around 11 p.m., the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) said officers were investigating a shooting in the 19900 block of Crystal Rock Drive.

Police said a man was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

As of Thursday night, there were no suspects in custody and the scene was secured.
