Man shot, killed in Prince George’s County

PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. ( DC News Now ) — The Prince George’s County Police Department (PGPD) said a man was shot and killed on Saturday morning.

Police said that at about 6:30 a.m., officers responded to the 1200 block of Marblewood Ave. for a welfare check.

When officers arrived at the scene, they found a man on the road who had been shot.

The man was taken to the hospital, where he later died.

Police said they are working to establish a suspect(s) and a motive in this case.
