    Amtrak trains between Wilmington, Baltimore restored after ‘trespasser activity’

    WASHINGTON ( DC News Now ) — Amtrak said trains between Wilmington and Baltimore were experiencing delays on Sunday night.

    According to a post from Amtrak Northeast on X at 8:42 p.m., trains operating between Wilmington and Baltimore are experiencing delays due to “trespasser activity in the area.”

    Amtrak said it will provide updates as information becomes available.

    In an update around 10:53 p.m. on Sunday, Amtrak announced all rail service between Wilmington and Baltimore was restored. Passengers traveling on these routes can anticipate residual delays.
