There is a post from his aunt needing information on the Frederick group page on Friday. The family would like closure. From what she shared with me, He got by with walking no car. He wasn't supposed to be in the area, and that is the mystery the family wants to know. How and why he was there? He had suffered from mental illness, and she assured my husband and I that he wouldn't have listened to anyone at the time due to his state of mind. He was seen by a lady walking towards Frederick at 6am and then my husband spotted him around 6:10am from frederick the other side. He had crossed all lanes once. When the impact happened, he was crossing again other people had reported. Now, for the judge's accusing me, I was driving on 270 at the time, big difference.. Lack of knowledge I understand is stupidity!!! Yes, Bluetooth is a lovely capability to have on newer cars.. The driver was of a Red pick up that hit this poor gentleman. Sympathy for all!
