    2 men hurt, one critically after shooting in Alexandria

    ALEXANDRIA, Va. ( DC News Now ) — Alexandria police are investigating a double shooting that happened Thursday night and left a man with critiical injuries.

    The Alexandria Police Department (APD) said around 8:14 p.m., officers were called to the 1300 block of Wythe Street, in the Old Town area, for a report of shots fired.

    Upon arrival, responding officers found two men with gunshot wounds. Both victims were taken to the hospital.

    Trial date set for husband charged in Reston double murder case

    Police said one victim was in critical condition and the second victim was in stable condition, as of Thursday night.

    The shooting remains under investigation.
