MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. ( DC News Now ) — Detectives in Montgomery County are investigating after a man was shot and killed inside his apartment over the weekend.

On Sunday, the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) received a call about a shooting in the 18500 block of Boysenberry Dr.

Hours earlier, just before 5 a.m., officers responded to the same apartment complex for a report of gunshots in the area but were not able to find a crime scene at that time.
