    DC police investigating armed robbery in Northeast

    WASHINGTON ( DC News Now ) — Police in D.C. are investigating an armed robbery that happened Wednesday afternoon.

    The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) said officers were sent to the 3900 block of Minnesota Ave. in Northeast D.C.

    No threat at Iverson Mall after suspicious suitcase found inside bank

    MPD said to look out for a male suspect on a grey and white bike. He was wearing blue jeans, a grey sweater and a bandana.

    He was last seen heading southbound in the 3800 block of Minnesota Ave.

    Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
