    Crash in Anne Arundel prompts lane changes

    ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, Md. ( DC News Now ) — The Anne Arundel County Police Department (AACOPD) encourages drivers to use caution on Owensville Road at Owensbrooke Court in Hardwood on Saturday.

    According to AACOPD, officers were at the location on Saturday morning after a vehicle crash involving a car that went slightly into the “embankment.”

    The roadway was initially closed to traffic, but in an update on X at 2:30 p.m ., the department said that it had reopened but would be reduced to one lane for around four hours.

    Police said flagging crews are on-site, and drivers should use caution in the area.

    Regarding the crash, there have not been any updates on any potential injuries.

    Sounds like Maryland! Everywhere I go there are ambulances on the way to an accident and next to me another accident where I have to call 911! What a shithole!
